Excellent work by the contractors. Very efficient and did a really good job cleaning up after each visit. I highly recommend them for your restoration project. Here are two before pictures when I had damage from a leak and one after picture of the results from the excellent work from BMS Cat.

I gave 1 star only because I had to or else I would have given a 0 star. I had water damage at my home. The insurance company recommended 2 companies 1 of them BMS Cat. I went by the reviews and score and chose BMS Cat based off of the score. The BMS Cat team that came to my house seemed to not understand what needed done or how to handle the situation. They did not dry any of my contents nor did they ask what was all affected and what needed dried. When they started to demo and open my ceiling they laid 1 small piece of plastic on my living room floor and did not cover any of my furniture, electronics, contents causing damage to a couple of my items. I called BMS Cat regarding this and spoke to secretary, and at least 2 separate managers including the project manager and even with pictures and proof they would not replace the items that their men and crew damaged. The men that was on the ladder using heavy steel tools and opening up my ceiling also threw a heavy steel tool from the top step of the ladder on to my hardwood floor causing damage to the floor. I do not and would never recommend this company to anyone. I am highly disappointed to say the least and will never consider this company for any type of work again. The company is very unprofessional and does not care for your home and contents. "Stay Away" !!!

Leak in my townhome, fast response from the day of incident. It went completely downhill from there. Absolutely NO communication it’s all a big surprise when the crew decides to appear at your home! Disrespectful of personal property as well. 3 months in hotel with pets, we are home to a huge mess and UNFINISHED work! The staff that move you in and out are friendly and work hard. Management needs serious training/in services as well! My window was left fully open with NO screen for days a neighbor contacted me in regards to this. The response to this was “that’s construction “ unbelievable! Cigarette butts everywhere including flower bed street neighbors front porch. I watched the workers empty multiple dust pans of dirt in my front flower bed as well. (On my ring camera) also if you want to communicate with the workers take a class in Portuguese! The ones who do the labor if you can call it that!

Great experience from beginning to end. Tyler, my Project Manager could not have been more attentive to my needs and wants. He, Gregg and Tim (the two workmen) were great throughout the entire project. They worked within my schedule, were communicating the process, showing up as scheduled and were just pleasant and professional. I couldn't be happier with the finished project. I will definitely recommend to anyone who asks. I now want the new hall flooring in the entire downstairs. And, I might add, it was all done within the estimated budget! Thank you BMS CAT Pittsburgh.
