My husband and I wanted to convert our basement into a functional entertainment space that could be used for teen hang-outs as well as family / friend gatherings. The space is small and oddly shaped and we struggled with a design that made sense. We initially contacted Lotus for a design consultation. Christa was quick to respond and within one visit had an abundance of ideas she shared along with a reasonable quote to complete the work. Over the next several weeks, we had the pleasure of watching the Lotus Team execute. Christa, Tim, and the team were professional and courteous. Everyone was highly skilled and Tim was very involved, inspecting / overseeing the details. Tim is a true craftsman. We enjoyed watching him fabricate a custom fireplace and mantle along with a few other solutions that I’m confident would not have been entertained by other contractors. Christa kept us out of the basement for the last couple weeks of the remodel and gave us a blind reveal and the results…STUNNING! Lotus converted our small, dark, cluttered basement into a bright, open, functional space that looked like something right out of a magazine. We could not be more thrilled with the result and have since enjoyed many days / nights entertaining in our new space.
