Following a serious fire in our stone Victorian house , the house sat unheated for over eight months while we settled the claim with the insurance company. Once we were allowed to begin the restoration, the mold and smoke damage was everywhere. We hired Niki Francis Restorations to perform remediation service, and were completely amazed at the job they did. Their process of soda blasting eliminated the mold and completely removed any smell of smoke. We are now back in the house, and there is no indication of the damage that resulted from the house sitting unheated and wet for so long.
