We had the best experience working with the crew at Better basements to install a new sump pump and seal a large crack in our basement wall that was leaking water. The crew (Bryan, Graham, Logan, Wyatt, Ian and Jacob) were all amazing. They were polite, extremely hard working and managed to work a long 8hour day in the atmospheric river storm digging a long trench for the sump pump. Somehow they were able to do all of this while also cutting into a cement floor and wall without leaving any mud or dust behind! I can’t thank them enough! Oh and they left our yard even better than they found it! Thanks again guys! Happy holidays!

Fernando, Edgar, Crys and Logan were great. They arrived on time, and completed the project swiftly. They left my place clean and tidy, you can’t even tell they were there. Dylan and Cole were super responsive and candid about what I needed and what I didn’t. I hope I never need any waterproofing work again, but if I do I’ll call Better Basements.

Fernando, Edgar and Crys did an excellent job. They were here for two days. They were courteous, they were very mindful of keeping the house and outside clean and used drop plastic inside and outside to keep from getting mud and dirt everywhere. They were also very diligent in cleaning up anything that made its way off of the drop plastic. They did a great job overall with the water capture and sump system installation as well. I needed additional work done and Better Basement was able to provide a budget friendly solution with a quick turn around. They had a new crew: Graham, Crystian, Hector, Makai, and Jacob. They did an excellent job and were also very respectful of my house as they had to work inside the house. They were very clean and did a good job cleaning up after the job was complete and at the end of each day.
