Elijah arrived within an hour of the agreed upon time and was professional, clean, and efficient. I had to leave unexpected and felt enough trust to leave him in the house unsupervised. He locked up after the job was completed and tidied up the bathroom after having to remove under sink items to gain access to the plumbing. Everything works great now and we are quite pleased with the service. We would definitely call them again.

Clearing my main line from roots became an annual event. Most recently, Don from Roto-Rooter came out to do the same. He was the first one who discovered a break in the pipe with a fiber optic camera that was allowing the root invasion. I didn't hesitate to take his suggestion to replace that section of pipe and adding a two-way cleanout. Don, as well as everyone from Roto-Rooter, I've found to be knowledgeable and efficient and I especially appreciated how communicative they are.

After an expensive Roto-Rooter visit a month previous did not properly identify the problem, we had another flooding in the house issue. I called on a Friday night, and Donald arrived. He knew within 5 minutes what the problem was, and explained all the options available. He was back on Monday, and I saw exactly why the problem existed. He then did a great job of repair, explaining what he was doing the whole time. I am totally confident the issue is resolved, Donald is an excellent example of doing everything right.

Prompt service and great attitude! Donald responded to my Saturday call for service right away. He came by soon there after, pumped the tank, and diagnosed a faulty lift pump. He came back on Sunday morning with Dominick and they installed the new pump and checked that everything is in proper working order. The only issue that came up was in paying the bill with my credit card. It didn't seem to accept my first card, but did accept the second card. When i checked my accounts on line, it looks like i may have been charged twice: once for each card. I hope someone at the main office catches this and refunds one of the charges back on to one of my cards.

Two hours after our initial call to RR a service rep was at our door. We needed roots removed for our septic holding tank, the pipe to the main sewer line inspected for roots, and we needed to figure out why our pump was alarming. Our rep took care of all our needs taking his time to ensure everything was completed before he left. Our rep was awesome and interacted with us professionally. Give this plumber a raise, RR, and ensure he's recognized for excellent customer service. We will be using RR for all our plumping needs going forward because of our experience with your rep. All our troubles went down the drain!
