It was after hours and my basement was filling with water. Years ago CJ Borgia left me his cell number when he did some work for us. We took a chance and called and he answered. He drove across town and saved our night. His work ethic is incredible and he was very knowledgeable. Tech Brian C. and trainee Steve arrived timely for our yearly warranty service checkup. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Brian thoroughly explained all steps of the inspection process prior to starting and asked if we had questions or concerns. After a thorough inspection, Brian went over their findings, inspection photos, etc, and gave suggestions. Brian was a very thorough trainer and Steve eager to learn. John Carlson, an Ohio Basement Authority electrician, performed several tasks associated with a basement drainage project at our home on 10/15/2025. These included installation of basement GFI power outlets and battery backup for a new sump pump; a dehumidifier; and the rewiring of the main electrical panel to accommodate and prioritize the new power requirements. He left his work area neat and the sump pump has worked well since its installation, including working through a regional power outage during a storm. I would not hesitate to have him return for our future electrical service needs.

The communication with this company is unlike anything I have ever dealt with before! Terrible like just the worst-case ever! I was told on numerous times someone was coming and they didnt show and or they were not coming and they did just like today! It is complete chaos dealing with this company. I would not recommend just for that alone. Not too mention how much we are being charged for this job it does not add up to the unprofessional conduct of how this company runs and the mess they leave in your home. I can go on and on about fiffrent things I have experienced so far but I will never recommend this company. I was not going to leave a negative review however after what just happened im done and have had it.

John Dobrunick of the Twinsburg office was exceptional! He came out in the morning and let us know we needed to remove more pavers for our patio concrete to be successfully raised. He promised to return and finish the job. It was Friday evening of the Labor Day weekend and he stayed until 7:15 to complete the job! DEDICATED employee is an understatement. He was also very knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained everything he was doing along the way. He told us if we had any issues with the work to call and he would be back to make it right. Top notch company and employee!!
