I recently bought a house that had sat empty for several months and before I arrived from Texas my daughter contacted Dave to clean the basement carpet. He made the carpet look new again! Then we found out that there was black mold in the basement from long periods of dampness. Dave Alexander to the rescue, not once but twice when it was found in another area hidden by piles of trash left by the previous owner.
