Eddie S made setting up my own account so easy. This is my first time having my own phone bill/acct and he made it so incredibly painLESS and simple. I went in expecting to spend too much time and money, but instead walked out in an even better mood than when I left. Eddie made sure to explain everything to me, without mansplaining which, as a younger woman, I so appreciate. He was patient the whole time, even when I asked the same questions multiple times. I will definitely be sending my friends and family to work with him specifically. Verizon needs more employees like Eddie!
