Went in to get a cracked screen fixed and less then 24hours my phone BLEW UP and nearly set my apt on fire. I think they messed up and knicked the battery. They said they ' saw the battery was damaged and decided to say nothing' I don't buy that because any business would try and get more money from you? Either way it's gross neglegence on their part that seriously put me and my family in danger. ThankFULLY They did fix it after...kinda. they gave me the wrong screen, so part of my screen is obstructed in the corners and tried to gaslight me and tell me it was always like that...like my battery percentage was always only partially visible. My phone is a galaxy ultra, it had a pen, that they didn't replace or even address. My nfc reader doesn't work anymore. My camera only partially works and I can't zoom. I can no longer do wireless charging. AND my screen still glitches out sometimes. And after blowing up my phone and leaving it worse than it was when I brought it in They didnt even Offer a refund or anything and actually asked me for more money. Which I absolutely was not going to give them after they screwed me over and damaged part of my apartment with their failures. Never going here again. Clearly whatever YouTube video they learned to repair from wasn't it. Still so pissed that I have to buy a new phone anyway.

went to get my phone fixed for a screen issue. ended up completely killing the phone as it wouldn’t charge anymore and start overheating. i went to see if they could help but they said they couldn’t do anything for breaking my phone, causing me to have to purchase a whole new phone. horrible technicians

Brought in a blue nintendo switch lite with a black screen but with sound. They told me they'd call me back when it was ready. They never called me back. When I showed up they gave me a grey nintendo switch lite and said the case was damaged so they couldnt use it again. Asked for it back they said they threw it out. Charged 70$ for this scam and 2 weeks later the screen blacked out again. Don't do it to yourself. Find a better spot.

Was told turn around time for a playstation 4 controller repair was 30 minutes to 1 hour. Waited 3+ hours...if you have things to do, don't bother here. They tell you "they'll call you". Go back to the store, they're having a party in the store, blasting music and then say "Oh we have other repairs". The laziest customer service I've ever seen, don't waste your money here if you don't want them to waste your time.

These people are so unprofessional. Im in shock, they destroyed my iPad and refused to fix it. They have very bad customer service, specially kenny. I will never come back here again. DONT COME HERE ! save your time and money !!! Instead of fixing my device, they cracked my screen and told me its not their problem!!! seriously !?

I went in with a dead iphone, after Tmobile and Apple helplines had determined that I would need a phone, and Tmobile tried to sell me one. The fellow at the counter listened to my problem, pulled some lint out of the plug, and wished me well (at no cost). I will definitely go back!
