Frank Baldassarre from Ace Home Inspection was an ultimate professional. I contacted Frank prior to engaging him to perform an inspection of a new home for my son to get an overview of the process, turnaround time for a formal report and estimated cost. A few weeks later I connected again with Frank to schedule the inspection and he was very responsive and flexible with his schedule to perform the inspection when the homeowner was available. When he arrived, he did not waste any time and got right to it.. Throughout the walk-through he was very thorough and explained to me what he was seeing, or not seeing, and suggested ways to remedy issues he identified. As promised, the final formal report was completed and available within 24 hours. The report was well organized and also included an overview of the items that required attention. I highly recommend Ace Home Inspection to anyone interested in a home inspection.
