Dave from Rock called me from the other line . I had 2 of these gentlemen working on the case. They had a truck with fans and professional Dehumidifiers there at my home within a hr. The Truck field tech name was Fred he secured the location assessed and made a horrible situation almost prefect. They assured me once everything dries they will reevaluate. Hopefully , I don’t need there services again but this company will help you sleep at night knowing they have it under control

Off topic, super unfriendly worker came into a fast food establishment screaming up a storm and instigating the workers then blaming them. This is such a bad look for the company. Came in uniform and everything.

We woke up the morning after Halloween to a flooded basement due to a sum pump malfunction and contacted Ryan at Rock Environmental after they were highly recommend from friends. Ryan came out to evaluate our situation right away and helped us through the whole insurance claim process. Within an hour of the insurance adjuster approving Rocks proposal to dry the basement out we had two employees at our house and getting to work. They were very professional, informative, and not only cleaned up after themselves but hauled away all of the walls, baseboards, and carpeting that was destroyed. We can’t thank you all enough for being so punctual and helping us out in our time of need! The Close family will recommend you to anyone and everyone we know!

I could not be more impressed with the service we received from Tom at Rock Environmental. I scheduled an appointment with him when I had concerns about a musty smell throughout my house without any understanding of what was causing it or where it was coming from. He spent a full hour going through the house, giving me valuable information and feedback and ultimately found the source of the musty smell. He set up to have a mold specialist come through the house the very next day and then didn't even charge me for the initial hour of his time. If the mold analysis results in a recommendation for treating anything, I will definitely go back to Rock Environmental to have the work conducted. He was truly top notch and something that you don't often experience these days with contractors. Thank you Tom!! Kristina Bianchi

I manage an apartment building. We had a water leak that started on 4th floor and we had issues on all floors below. They came out, sent a quote and scheduled us quickly. Jackson communicated every step. They only took what was needed and left a very clean space when done!

The main demo crew took out our whole floor and asbestos tile in a matter of a few hours. Very efficient and fast! The reason for the 4 stars is due to the painter. The painter came in and was nice at first. Finished half the job on Sunday and was over an hour late on Monday (things come up, understand). What I did not understand is why he was so rude. I simply asked him to take the tape off the floor that he painted over. First off, why paint over tape in the first place?? Second, it really wasn't that big of a ask of him. Then, he gets paint all up our white basement stairs. How is that even possible? He never said anything to us about it. We had to purchase paint and paint the stairs due to all the paint he left on them. Then, he finishes the job without even telling us it's done. He just left! If it weren't for this jerk, this company would get a 5 star hands down. One person had to ruin the whole experience.

Respectful and knowledgeable. 10 stars! Can’t recommend them enough! Thanks Nick and Mike for being amazing during such a stressful time.

Before my wife and I purchased our early-1920s home, the inspector pointed out several spots in the basement where there was old asbestos seam tape on the HVAC ducts. We know asbestos isn't radioactive, and if it's in good condition, the best advice is often to leave it be. But this tape was an obvious hazard—brittle, discolored, flaky, and peeling off the ducts. Ultimately, we decided we couldn't remove it safely ourselves. Enter Rock Environmental, who did a phenomenal job on the project. They were efficient, thorough, and respectful, and they clearly took pride in helping us make our home a safer, cleaner, and healthier space. Having worked with many contractors who take weeks to finish a project, I was especially impressed with Rock Environmental's promptness. I reached out to them on a Friday, the crew arrived early the following Monday (less than 72 hours later), and the ducts were clean and asbestos-free by the end of that day. Tom, the company's VP, was amazingly communicative over the weekend as we planned the project. He analyzed photos I sent him via SMS, explained the removal process in clear detail, and gave us much needed peace of mind about everything. The abatement crew followed every safety guideline and left our basement spotless. Old homes are full of hazards, large and small, left to us by past generations of owners. (Seriously, who thought stuffing asbestos everywhere was a good idea?!) It's really reassuring to know that there are companies like Rock Environmental that take these things seriously and can get your home in order without scare tactics or hype. If you have an asbestos tape/tile/insulation removal project, I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.
