From our first consultation, Ray was exceptional. He took the time to walk our entire property, clearly explained the problem areas, and outlined a precise, no-nonsense plan for the installation. He was patient, answering all our questions without ever making us feel rushed. His knowledge and confidence were immediately reassuring. The work itself was completed efficiently and with impressive craftsmanship. Ray and his crew were punctual, respectful of our property, and worked diligently through some tough conditions. They kept the site remarkably tidy and clearly took pride in doing the job right. Now, after several major rainstorms, our basement is bone drying. The system works perfectly and invisibly. The peace of mind this has brought is priceless. and would recommend Ray to anyone.

A pleasant dry house starts from the bottom up. Like so many New Yorkers, our house had flooding issues and a basement from the 1900’s, just waiting for the next storm for water to flow in through cracks in the foundation and then waterfall through the access points that were at street level. We didn’t want to go through that ordeal twice, so we called HRC Waterproofing and they did a perfect job sealing the outside world out. Even painted the unfinished floor and left me a nice mancave. Xavier and Luis were so efficient, but also accommodating and respectful, even with the two kids running around. 5 STARS! Thanks so much!

HRC, in my opinion, is the premier waterproofing company in Brooklyn. They do excellent work at a reasonable price. My cellar developed a serious leak during heavy rainfall through the street wall. They sealed the rubble foundation, installed an interior French Drain at the base of the wall, installed a Sump and Pump to collect and eject the water, connected the pump discharge to the house sanitary line and installed a heavy plastic membrane to trap any water that gets through the wall and direct it to the French Drain. They promised me that they would finish in one day and they did. Including a complete and thorough cleanup. In a recent heavy rain my cellar was dry. If you need waterproofing work, you can’t go wrong with HRC. And their Principal and Project Manager, Ray, is a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. Thomas Bonacuso - Brooklyn, NY

Recently bought a home and with any new home, issues arise. One of which was flooding in my basement. I hired HRC Waterproofing to address the waterproofing needs of my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team did an excellent job, ensuring that every detail was taken care of with precision. Ray, in particular, was outstanding with communication, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. After dealing with multiple contractors doing various work on my home, Ray was by far the best from his knowledge, recommendations you truly get a sense that he cares enough to find the best solution. His team was professional, courteous, and worked efficiently. I love their warranty/ policies and also their willingness to help. I highly recommend HRC Waterproofing for anyone needing top-notch waterproofing services within the NYC area.

Ray was my point of contact for my basement flooding issue, and he was great to work with. Responsive, knowledgeable, and gave me a good price for what I thought was going to be at least double of what I paid. The team came on a Saturday and completed the job on the same day.

If you have waterproofing issues, Ray and team can take care of it all. We had a problem with rainwater running down the driveway into the house - we shopped around but most of the other contractors we spoke to could offer solutions only for the exterior or the interior of the house. Ray came up with a plan addressing both with a reasonable price. I'm happy to report that we have had no more leaks since Ray's team worked on the issue, despite a summer of heavy rain.
