I highly recommend Four Seasons Restoration. Tom has an encyclopedic understanding of building code and construction. He maintains the highest of standards, and the vendors and artisans he works with have been excellent across the board. Workers on site are exceedingly conscientious, and have always treated us and each other with courtesy. They have kept the work site as tidy as possible. And again, the work is excellent. We feel incredibly fortunate to have been introduced to Tom, and the Four Seasons family. The standards he maintains for communication and building work have made the restoration process as pleasant as it could possibly be.

Diana Calderon was outstanding in coordinating and communicating throughout the entire process, making sure I was kept in the loop at all times. The team worked quickly, yet with the utmost professionalism, and they were extremely mindful of my family’s needs and schedule. I couldn’t be happier with how fast they got everything done! I'm astounded these guys don't have multiple 5-star reviews already, but I'm glad to be the first one. We had the misfortune of our waste line backing up into the laundry room & flooding our basement. USAA commissioned water mitigation, and finally offered us 3 contracting companies to perform the repairs. I'd actually confused 4 seasons with another company but chose them out of the bunch...and good thing. The level of professionalism, communication, and honesty they have is unparalleled. We are impressed by their craftsmanship & appreciate the beautiful job they did making our basement whole. Thanks again to Lee, Peter, & the rest of the gang!

Four Seasons Fire Restoration did massive cleanup of my one bedroom apartment after the apartment got completely covered with plaster dust caused by the repair of a water leak. Every book was dusted, every glass and piece of china cleaned, every cabinet opened and cleaned, all bric a brac dusted, wall surfaces cleaned, floors, windows, in the most professional way. It took two days to do. No breakage whatsoever. Excellent quality of staff. Professional in every way, kind, and respectful of my property. I rate them the highest possible rating. I was directed to 4 Seasons through my insurance co (USAA) after a tree fell on my house. There was a lot of work to be done--through Covid as well--but I honestly never stressed. A big shoutout to Paul here. He was both professional and friendly. He really tried to understand what I was going for and knew when he needed to (kindly + knowledgeably) talk me into or out of something I should or shouldn't do. I could also tell it was important to Paul and his crew that the job was done right, no corners cut. Overall, we had a great working relationship and mutual trust.

I was directed to Four Seasons by USAA. They have been polite hence 3 stars but not always responsive. Huge lags in responses. I’m wondering if I should have gone with the other USAA-approved contractor in my area but hoping these guys turn things around. Will update as this saga unfolds.
