I have to admit I called Primeaire for a mold inspection/testing not really understanding the difference between toxic and non toxic molds or the dangers it could cause to my family. All I knew was there was a really musty damp kind of smell coming out of my kids rooms and being that my kids are only 18months and 4, I was really worried. Well.. after calling, they wasted no time at all setting up an appointment to inspect the problem areas. Actually they were here the same week which was great. The technician first came and sat down with me and my husband to explain the differences in the different levels on mold and how harmful they can be. I have to say after they were through I feel like an expert now. Two days later I received a detailed report about all the testing and samples they took during their inspection. I have to say the report was great it had answered all my questions regarding the air testing and remediation that I had. It even had a detailed list preparing me on what was to come for the removal of the mold. It gave me such comfort that they kept me in the loop the whole time by giving me all the information step by step as well as taking the time out to explain anything I didn’t fully understand. I just want to highly recommend you guys to everyone who reads this and say Thank You!
