We recently decided to do a complete kitchen overhaul from new cabinets and cupboards, countertop, backsplash etc. and flooring which needed to be removed. Being new to this we went to a few places to get ideas and look at options. One stop was Carpet Spctrum and we are glad we did. By the time we left, we knew they were the ones we wanted to work with. Everything just felt right. They offered good ideas and advise. Always friendly and helpful. Carpet Spectrum did the kitchen flooring, backsplash and also carpeting in the livingroom. Over time they were a huge help with ideas and adjustments to scheduling to accomodate any issues that arose during the process and we had a few. But they worked with us and it all came together nicely. The work crew did a wonderful job in all areas and very meticulous. We are really enjoying the work they have done. Just quality work. Jessica coordinated the installation, and the project was done in a timely manner. The tile installer, Paul, did an excellent job. The employees are knowledgeable and patient. They helped us pick out a rug and pad. Then when we found out the supplier had stopped making that color, they gave us time and space to research other options. Ultimately we ended up back at Carpet Spectrum because the price and quality of service couldn’t beat the competition. Additionally, they had a better memory foam pad to offer than the larger company we checked out! We bought a huge 26x14 area rug that was specialty cut and bound. The pad underneath has double sided vapor barrier and is so comfy for our needs. The quality is amazing and our family is so happy with the product. Erin followed up after the purchase to make sure we didn’t have any questions and that installation went smoothly. We definitely recommend this business to our family and friends.

Carpet Spectrum is a hidden gem on Rt 21 in Marion. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy as we perused their carpet options. (We replaced carpet in 3 upstairs bedrooms). Then they recommended we take samples home because wow does it look different depending on the lighting situation. We made our selection and scheduled a delayed install (3 mo) and that was not an issue. Jeremy was our installer and he was professional, hard working and did an excellent job. Seams are invisible! We paid to have them move our master bedroom furniture and movers were very careful and respectful and checked to make sure they were putting it back in correct spot. We love our new carpet - what a difference with new padding and no squeaks! I would highly recommend Carpet Spectrum!
