Adirondack Basement Systems Review: We want to start by saying how pleased we were with the exceptional team from ABS! The finished job, we anticipate, will be so perfect when spring comes and no more flooding or moisture! Dan Borden, our sales associate, was as professional, knowledgeable and personable as they come! He guided us every step of the process. Visited several times to make sure our questions were clarified and we felt 100% informed. Great professional! Your install team of Zachary, Jeremy and Xander worked non- stop on what I’m sure was a pretty big job! Zack toured us on completion explaining the job they completed. Again, terrific guys. I have already recommended ABS to friends- thanks for everything!! Peace of mind knowing we have a great basement system now! Marc and Ellen Tremblay

I recently bought a house with some products from ADK basement systems and had John Kruk come out and service them. John was awesome and walked me through everything step by step. He even walked out into 8 inches of snow to try and walk me through where the water drains into my yard. I’m super appreciative of John and his help now I have some knowledge of how my pump works. I’ll definitely request John for my next annual service!

Dave LaCroix came into my basement knowing there was an issue with water coming in. He quickly assessed what the issues were and gave me the truth with no run arounds. He was honest and most important kind and understanding about the situation. He laid ground work about the issues his company could fix while also assuring my basement was good. Feeling trust in important and Dave allowed that for me with his professionalism.

This is my second experience with Adirondack Basement. You know a company is getting it right when they have repeat customers. The things that stood out this time is that Adirondack Basement is willing to come scope out a project even if there are other people competing for it. I got more than one estimate. Chris Santiago gave a thorough and accurate review of the project, showing thoughtfulness as to potential issues and addressing them. His assessment was well thought out, and still competitive. The install went ahead of schedule. Chris Stokna and Mike were good communicators, letting me know where things stood and when they could be expected. They were a pleasure to have on the property, thinking of ways to keep mud and disturbance to a minimum, and thoughtful in their assessment of practical upgrades and future uses of the space. I will definitely keep them involved as I continue to enhance my property to include healthier and energy efficient use of my basement.

Adirondack Basement is top notch. They have done amazing work for us in the past. We had our basement windows replaced and custom fit with new window wells about 3 years ago. Phenomenal job. We called again recently as we had work done to the property where it made sense to raise our window wells a bit causing the custom window well lids to not fit properly anymore. Chris Santiago was sent to our home. He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about. Long story short he gave us great options to resolve our issue and spoke to us about other services offered that would help further protect the new patio we had poured. He also recommended a great looking barrier for our basement walls which we are really interested in. He gave us a no obligation quote. I loved how informative he was and how he gave us great options without making us feel pressured in any way. I couldn’t be happier with Chris and how professional and courteous he was. I could tell from our conversations that he is a quality person all around. This world can surely use more people like him. Chris, thank you for a great experience. We will surely be following up with you to proceed with what we discussed.
