I've had a bad experience with after-market screen replacement in the past and didn't expect 'Phone Wizard' to be any better. Not only did this place exceed my expectations but they were able to correct the issues caused by my previous screen replacement (3D touch restored and proximity sensor replaced). Phone Wizard installed an OEM screen on my iPhone that has my 3 year old phone feeling and looking new again. Service was quick and so much more affordable than screen replacement elsewhere. I am thrilled and sure to return to Phone Wizard to get a screen protector and maybe even a new battery. Update: My replacement screen is still in great shape, and I stopped by today to get a screen protector. In the past I've had issues with my iPhone screen protector disrupting 3D touch or not covering the whole screen. They custom cut the screen protector to fit my phone while I waited (less than 15 minutes) and it doesn't interfere at all with the 3D touch. Best of all, there are no bubbles. Don't judge this book by it's cover. It's aesthetic is a far cry from an Apple store, but these guys are just as efficient and much less expensive.

Contacted the Apple Store about replacing my screen after it shattered. They sent me to Best Buy who told me they would have to send the phone in for repair because they didn't do it after I specifically asked for someone to do it on site. Young lady who works at Best Buy heard me talking about it and as I was walking out told me to try this place. Took my iPhone 6 here and had the screen replaced in under 30 minutes. Will tell anyone I know who needs it done to bring it here. Shop is a little hole in the wall but it's a gem.

Purchased used phone...screen had Crack...off button didn't really work and camera lens had Crack Owner contacted me. Stated his store had "staffing" issues over the holiday 2016. He provided me with new/used phone in perfect condition. Owner Definitely cares about his customers, and his business. Would recommend his store for all electronic/cell phone needs.

These guys are awesome. I really thought my iPhone 6s was doomed. Apple had told me that my phone needed to be replaced, and that the motherboard was fried. Turns out all my aftermarket charging cables had stopped working. Needless to say I'm thankful for the help they provided and will be returning to them for any of my future phone problems.

Excellent Service. Got there at 7:55pm 5 minutes before closing and expected to leave my phone there. Instead they stayed after hours and got my phone back to me in 30 minutes. Diagnosis was correct,a bulging battery that had pushed the screen up. That had caused problems with the screen. They ASKED me if I wanted them to try and fix the screen, but it might become problematic later. Asked then to replace the battery and screen. Had my phone back in 30-40 minutes. Polite, excellent and highly recommended.

I went into this place and got a quote on a screen replacement. After receiving the price I went home to think about paying more than half the price of a new phone. I returned a few weeks later and they gave me a new price claiming the price of the screen went up. I paid the deposit and was told to expect about a week for the screen to arrive. That was on 12/21. I got a call on 1/6 that the screen finally arrived. I dropped off my phone on 1/9 expecting to get it back the same day. I got a call just before I showed up and was asked how much I paid. Thought it was odd they didn't have a record. I had the receipt and reminded them what I paid and what we agreed on. I came in today at 1/10 to pick up the phone and the price was even higher this time. I was told to pay the price or leave without my phone and the deposit was nonrefundable even though I left more than they asked. Lesson learned: Make sure you get the agreement in writing before leaving any money.
