Wow, do the words frustrated, disappointed, and exhausted not even begin to approach what dealing with this company has left me feeling. Constant lack of communication, manipulative sales tactics, incompetence and or negligence etc. Basically they charged us $12,000 to fix an issue. They dug it up, replaced the pipes then buried them again. Our basement fills up hours later so we call, and we're still without a clear line. After another week, Mike comes and cameras the line then starts telling us it'll be more money since the original 12k job didn't fix the problem. The city came and camera'd the line and it turns out the $12,000 charge that didn't even fix the clog issue wasn't even aligned properly! They were forced to come fix that screw up, but still trying to get the remaining half plus charging us for restoration of the basement that flooded because of their own negligence. Avoid this company at all costs. John, the GM and Mike the sales guy both will throw you and anyone else they work with under the bus to avoid accountability and to charge you 5x the industry average (for pipe replacement at least) for no guarantees that A. The problem will be fixed, B. That they'll even attempt to find out the problem was fixed, and C. That their worthless attempt to fix the problem will even be installed properly in the first place! They overcharge, don't communicate well or consistently, it was like pulling teeth trying to talk to these guys. They try and manipulate you, are intentionally vague, departments don't even communicate with each other. Ultimately, they will attempt to charge you as much as humanly possible while doing the absolute bare minimum effort to solve the issue. Avoid avoid avoid. After a month these guys want 12k for making my problem worse than it was before. I really wish I had someone warn me about these scam artists earlier.

The guys did a great job clearing a sewage drain clog. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The most important thing was that they truly cared about fixing the problem. They didn’t try to rush through the job and were very thorough, as well as advising us on solutions to keep the drain cleared. The only reason I give this experience 4 stars is because there should be two people on the job to take the heavy equipment up and down the basement stairs not just one struggling on his own.
