Trevor and his team went above and beyond when we discovered we had a dishwasher leak and main line leak that was unseen, but caused SO MUCH water damage in our walls and our kitchen floor cabinets. In every instance, Nye County Flood Response went above and beyond saving our kitchen countertops and kitchen sink, while tearing out the cabinets and cleaning up all the water damage and resulting mold. Their work allowed me to keep a working kitchen with counter space and a kitchen sink while wading through the long process of remodeling. Trevor walked me through the process and were professional, always quick to respond, and helpful. The insurance adjustor also commended the fine work their team did in the water damage mitigation and cleanup. I would highly recommend the company when you find yourself in similar situation.

Trevor and Jake came out to Beatty the same day I called and did an excellent job not only of drying out the flooded rooms, but also making all needed repairs. Trevor was there to help me with the Insurance Adjustor and in all phases of the work. I highly recommend Nye County Flood Response for water damage and any type of repair. They did dry wall, painting, building the book case, rebuilt the cabinets, put in the carpet and linoleum. I recommend them for any type of repair work.

When you call on a Thursday for an emergency of water/mold damage and is told we are closing for the next 6 days for the boss's birthday, to me that is the most unprofessional thing someone can say & do. Even after being told it was for a special needs family home still wouldn't help.

Got home from a short 2 day vacation at 5:15 a.m., only to discover that we were flooded. We had just bought our house 2 months before, and I didn't even know how to shut the water off, and after a frustrating 1/2 hour, I went on Google & searched for help, and found Trevor Maxwell's company Nye County Flood Response. Little did I know, that he and his lovely wife Jessica had just returned from their vacation a few hours before, so I woke them up, "Can you help me, I have a huge flood in my house, and I can't find the shut off for my water!" He calmly led me through what I had to do, and he and the rest of his team showed up about 20 minutes later saving us from a nervous breakdown. I would say by noon, they had all the flooring removed, walls opened, and hundreds of little holes bored into them, so there would be no mold. Then 20 to 30 fans, some other equipment, and the remediation was on. He also assisted me with my insurance company many, many times thereafter. You cannot go wrong hiring this company as they are fast, professional, and extremely helpful. I would give them 10 stars!
