If your like me and noticed you have been getting hit with fees using your debit or credit card- a price different than whats presented till you look at your bank statement - without any debit processing fee display warning- this is illegal. Ive been going here for years buying little things here and there and noticing my cc statement is different than the transaction amount- w/o no warning or agreement. I finally had enough- made a video proving the fraud and will carry out a class action law suit first thing in the morning- this is deceptive and many would agree- see you in court

I sat down at #17 waiting for my friend to get drinks. There was 25 cents in the machine and before he had the chance to say vodka pineapple, I hit a few times on Cleopatra Keno and parleyed that into $26.75. Whoop! Whoop! I got a free sprite and paid less than $3 for my drink (thanks Jeff). Anyhow, it was spars with machines, the bartender had the personality of a tongue 👅 depressor (cause he's sorta depressing). However the Homeless crew outside were polite, a little bedraggled and highly appreciative of the cigarettes my friend passed out. His new truck was diligently watched by the crew as they puffed their cigarettes and relaxed in the cool evening air after a record breaking hot day outside. I suggest you bring cigarettes and frozen water bottles for the group. I'm sure they would be just as helpful to you. All in all I enjoyed myself because: A. I won! B. I was inside after a brutally hot day C. I loved talking to the new group over there off of Rancho Hey Snoop! Peace out.

I purchase my cigarettes there on a regular basis. I can say that the staff is always friendly and willing to assist you in a professional manner. Always clean and fresh the times I have been there.

The guy that's supposed to be running the location at the moment felt that feeding the patrons more alcohol than they should be served in light of the alcohol awareness card he more than likely slept through... Oh well, I guess some people don't realize that they need to keep the franchise's reputation ahead of their personal desire to aquire rips... Sorry I'm just super frustrated... Now I've gotta walk all the way down to Fremont to gamble my Bills away!

I visit this location from time to time and my last visit was memorable but not for any positive reasons. It seems the staff here has an incredible turnover and usually the new people are upbeat and attentive Sorry to say, but my experience with the gentleman there, I'll call him "Mr. Personality" for identification purposes, was just the opposite Obviously not a multitasker, Mr. Personality seemed more interested in putting up stock than attending to the very few customers he had that evening including myself and my wife. Ordered a drink from Mr. Personality, which never came. I had to go back to the counter again to remind him which seemed to totally confuse the poor guy. Either the "great resignation" has hit Dottie's and new personnel of reasonable quality has become very difficult to hire or perhaps Dottie's is now just looking for a warm body to fill a time slot at the lowest cost possible. UPDATE: Visited again a few days ago to purchase a carton of cigarettes for an employee. The lady on duty only had 9 packs in stock and when asked if she would honor the carton price she snapped at me and said "I could possibly do that but I'm not gonna to". I was obviously shocked by her response as well as the tone of voice she used to say it. HR for Dottie's really needs to take hard look at restaffing this location

Dotty's Gaming & Spirit's, just opened yesterday on July 27, 2018. It's where Larry's Villa Strip Club was. Inside the parking lot of , Terrible Herbst and Popeyes Chicken. The location, is filled with homeless people. There's a lot of parking available. Restrooms, And I heard, there's a place to eat as well. I will say this, normally when a new business opens up, they normally advertise the opening. Or at least have someone putting flyers on your door. There's apartments, weekly's as well as homes, in the area. There was absolutely no, grand opening. Only way I noticed they were own, was a open sign that flashes. Being they just opened yesterday, you'd think they'd be busy. However without zero advertising, majority of people don't know they're open. I will update my review, once I visit again. UPDATE: Dotty's Gaming & Spirits is extremely small. There's only maybe 10 machines, inside. They sell bottles of liquor as well, as great pieces on cigarettes. The gentleman, that worked there, last night was very helpful. However he was overheard saying, he was bored, I guess to his wife or girlfriend. Grant it, it's extremely small. However that shouldn't be something over heard, by the customers. It was clean, there were maybe 12 people inside. There's more tables, to eat, then they're machines. That's what disappointed me. I was expecting, to see a lot more machines. The man that complained about being bored, was smoking constantly. The female was showing affection to him. I thought that was a bit bizarre as well. At night, you ring a doorbell, and he'll buz you to come inside. The machines what little they had, were tight. Normally with a new casino, the machines will hit. Would I go back there again? If I was bored, maybe try the food. Would I gamble there? Probably not! Very disappointed on lack of machines!
