New Mexico Mold Removal was the company used to complete remediation work in the kitchen and attic of our home and they, specifically the owner, provided the most unprofessional customer service my wife and I have ever encountered. Upon entering our home after the completion of the mold removal, we first noticed was that our kitchen trash can was filled with dirt and paint and our broom had been used for project clean up along with a trail of paint leading from our home across the driveway and covering the inside of our garbage bins. We then became aware that the kitchen had not been sealed off as we were previously told and the product used to spray the mold left a powdery residue over the entirety of the front rooms of the house including all of the items we were asked to remove from the kitchen area for work to be completed. The worst part is, we went on to find that our dining room chairs and living room carpet were covered in white paint. These furnishings had been moved to the adjacent room prior to the company's arrival. It became apparent that our chairs were used to stand on to complete the painting of the kitchen ceiling. The chairs, covered in wet paint, were then returned to the living room getting white paint all over the carpet. No legitimate company should ever use a homeowner's personal belongings to complete a job, let alone ruin those belongings. What kind of company does not come prepared with the tools they need to complete a job they are being paid to do? When we contacted the owner he said he was willing to make things right by having our carpet cleaned. I said I would consider it after speaking with my 9 month pregnant wife though she had already spent a great deal of time cleaning all of the residue and the majority of the paint off our carpet and furniture. When we tried to call back to speak with the company they neglected to answer their phone. This went on for several weeks before we were finally able to reach them again. The conversation I had with the owner was by far the worst customer service I have ever received-- when I was finally able to get ahold of him, he stated he had been avoiding our calls, claimed that I was too negative and that he had many happy customers. He felt there was no need to further address our concerns, made a personal insult against me and hung up the phone. Do yourself a favor and never use this company. If you value professionalism and quality customer service, or even just a company that comes prepared with their own step ladders and brooms, go elsewhere.

12 days a room and a half got done, other contractors won't touch his work. And I have 750$ worth of personal belongings stolen. I did my due diligence to really search before making this accusation. However, I know my stuff was gone through. This whole experience is a homeowners absolute worst nightmare. Beware.
