Crew did a thorough cleaning of the water damages. Even the delicate china in the cabinet was returned undamaged. Packing was done properly with plenty of material to protect. The coordinator was in constant contact with us and our cleaning team. They were courteous, respectful, and kept us up to date throughout the process. They did the detailed work slowly and carefully. Everything was cleaned better than before the water damage. It's good to be able to trust people when they work on your house and are dealing with your personal items. The whole crew appeared to be proud of doing the work right, not just completing it quickly.

This company, and the crew that worked there, earned it. A leak in the living area of my condo on a single level, just a couple of weeks before Christmas, is nothing less than a nightmare. In such a traumatic and stressful situation, we couldn't ask for anything better. The basement of our home was over six-inches deep when we awoke on Saturday morning. From the beginning to the end, they were fantastic. The team kept us updated at every stage, treated our property with care and worked fast. In only 3-4 days our basement was completely dried out and reconstructed. The team even guided us through the insurance process to ensure we were supported. Tim is very professional and did an excellent job in drying up my ceiling leak and helping me fix an issue with my AC unit. They were quick, clean and followed up on the job to ensure we were not having any issues. It didn't feel like he was just there to make a buck like it can feel like with other companies, he not only seemed to care about the outcome of our issue but drove 45 minutes to an hour just come to my house and help fix it himself.

ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVER!! Ron was amazing and super knowledgeable at what he's doing, you can really tell he's passionate about what he's doing and it shows! We had a minor flood and Saturday evening after hours, and I was in a panic... started googling and yelping whom to call, by accident I came across Ron's contact and extremely thankful I did! He came within the next hour after talking to him on the phone, and he went straight to business! ! Because of Ron's extensive knowledge and super handy tools/ equipment we were so lucky to not have to pull out ANY flooring from our room that was flooded! Ron is honest, reliable and trustworthy! He didn't try to nickel and dime us. He did everything at our best interest. Although I hope I never have another flood accident again! I would definitely have Ron on speed dial!
