Update: Richard retired and the gentleman that bought his business charges ridiculous prices. You figure a tree typically costs around 1k for your average size, he was trying to charge me double. Wouldn’t recommend the new business operator. Why doesn’t this guy have more reviews? He’s awesome! Very respectful and does a very good job as well. He cut down a whole tree for me and got rid of the stump. He also quoted me the best price out of all the tree services I called. If you’ve come across this, you’ve found your guy. Highly recommend him!

Richard and his team are excellent. We had a branch fall onto our roof during a major storm. Richard and his team removed the branch, ground it up, and were even courteous to trim other branches on our tree that were getting close to the house. Excellent communication, best value in the region, and straight up great work while being professional and courteous the entire time. Richard's Tree Service has a customer for life and we will be using their services exclusively moving forward. Thanks again Richard!

I highly recommend Richard's Tree Service. They removed a mid-size tree and the stump from the front of my house. It was a tricky job, because they had to work around power line and Verizon cable. They were prompt, worked fast, everyone in the crew knows exactly what they were supposed to do. After completing the job they cleaned up my front lawn and the driveway. They even cut some firewood for me! I would certainly use then again if I need tree service.

We had an extremely large mulberry tree that was overhanging our building and was getting close to a dangerous situation. We contacted them on a Wednesday and by Saturday they came out in force and removed all the branches (that were so large it quickly FILLED their truck up) Our building is 60 x 100 so we were worried about damage but they laid out sheetung and our riof was perfect after the removal. All the remnants were removed (small branches, wood chips etc) and by Monday moring it was like it never happened. The 300+ year old tree is still happy, just missing some large dangerous limbs! I would recommend them to anyone, they moved them from the back of our building to the front, without any damage to our roof (60 × 100) so yes we are VERY happy we used them!
