Tl:Dr: whomever is managing their communication and scheduling is absolutely incompetent and makes this company not worth working with. Review: On our intial appointment date they never showed and did not call to notify. We had an appointment for a quote for mold remediation. They called us two hours before the appointment to move the appointment up by an hour. After they were late by half an hour for the adjusted appointment I called and they said they never moved the appointment up. We continued to wait another hour until half an hour after the original appointment before we began to call periodically with all calls going to voicemail until they were one hour late for the original appointment, at which point we gave up. They never called back and never showed up. Updated: they called the next day to inform us that our appointment was rescheduled for the following day without notice and the party who did so could not be traced, further proving their communication system is insufficient. We requested cancelation of the appointment. Updated again: even though we canceled the appointment they went through with the quote. we had requested to cancel the rescheduled appointment because at the beginning we had disclosed that this was a real estate transaction and we couldn't get all parties coordinated. So they went and bothered people unassociated with the original request which is entirely unacceptable.
