UPDATED: Broke another screen and this time the phone was totally unusable. Ali was able to fix it in under an hour! Took me longer to get there! This guy is the BEST! THANKS again for bailing me out of another jam! Ali runs one of the few places that you actually get to meet the repair technician and see your phone being fixed. I had an impossible time finding a place that could repair the cracked screen on my Motorola Moto G7 before a friend told me about Ali at ProTech. He had a few Apple products repaired there and was very happy so I stopped by. The screen had to be ordered but a few days later I got a call from him to drop the phone off. I showed up while he was eating dinner and he immediately got up and started working on my phone. Told me I could wait and had it finished in about 30 minutes! Honestly it could have been less but I enjoyed talking with him so much while he was working that I lost all track of time! Why can't all places be this good? That was several months ago and the phone is still working like new! He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and his price was less than the cost of just the screen from Motorola but he saved me more than that because of the cost of next day shipping both ways and the time I would be without a phone if I sent back to Motorola for repair.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Ali replaced my nearly shattered iPad screen flawlessly within an hour at a very reasonable price. It now looks and works like it’s brand new again! Ali is not only skilled at what he does but also extremely personable and compassionate; Turns out he’s an electrical engineer who explains technical things in layman’s terms so that tech-dummies like myself can understand. Last but not least, he was kind enough to fix my dad’s bag (which had basically fallen apart due to a metal part coming off). He carved a replica out of plastic using his tools and put everything back together in a matter of minutes. We were blown away by his ingenious craftsmanship and also super grateful, as he didn’t have to do this, and gave him a tip as a way of showing our gratitude. All in all, I would highly recommend anyone I know ALI of Protech cell phone repair.

Ali definitely has the magic touch when it comes to electronics!! He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I brought in one of my old phones to see if I’d be able to revive it, this phone being at least 10 years old with the screen completely shattered, broken charger port and I probably haven’t been able to turn it on for the past couple years. Ali said he can fix this phone and did just that and took him not even a week to do all this I was absolutely amazed. 100% will recommend Ali to all my family and friends as well as go there for my future device repairs!! Excellent Place! ALI is the best. He went out of his way to repair my watch and even tried to fix an earbud I had from years back. Definitely cares about the customer and will work until he fixes the problem. Highly recommend. I went to several places and no one could fix the watch. Apple wanted $389.00 to fix (which was actually replace.) Ali did it for less then half and perfectly. Bring all your electronics to ALI!! A++++++
