STAY AWAY!!! They refinished my dinette table. It looked great UNTIL we used it. We put a WARM aluminum tin on the table and it left a large imprint from the bottom of the tin. We also noticed imprints from our place mats! We called Ron, who came over and agreed that it should not have happened and was caused by the lacquer not being hard enough. He said he was going to research a suitable lacquer and come back to us with the implication being it would be refinished properly. We then had the Covid shutdown and Furniture Medic was closed. When they reopened we called Ron again, who told us the owner was not guaranteeing his work, and if we wanted to have it redone we would have to pay for it again with a 10% discount!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

$150 charge to come out to the house to quote on a job. I am unaware of anyone else charging a quotation fee! I was told this after the fifth phone call and many detailed conversations/pictures about my job. Complete waste of my time and NOT professional at all!

Horrible service by a lady called Jen who works there. Booked an appointment and didn't show up and then tried to get away by saying I quoted a different day. Stating she has telephonic recording of the call and when I mentioned to play it surprised the call couldn't be played apart from the MANAGER who doesn't have the courtesy to call back an unhappy customer. Shows what kind of people are hired there
