There are not enough good things I can say about this company. From the start, Raphael was extremely nice, patient (answering all my questions) and thorough. I was initially testing only for textured ceilings but Raphael made sure to test all the layers of the dry wall to make sure that the joint compound was tested. He was 100% correct in this as some of the top layers were fine but deeper layers were positive. The work was extremely well done, and was done quickly (about 300 sq ft in about 2 days) including the air quality test. Highly recommend using them for any abatement work, and I will be sure to come back in the future if I ever need more work done. Thank you!

Raphael and Team were outstanding. Highly recommend! I did my due diligence evaluating several top-Google-rated contractors first. NJ Abaters were a standout starting the first conversation; they asked questions and looked at photos to understand the situation first, while many of the others started by sending contracts. Raphael came out to do the sampling, and he was very thorough, technically sound, customer-oriented, and comforting in this stressful situation. He was also comprehensive in answering questions and took the time to explain clearly step-by-step what was involved. Further, he made himself promptly available to advise and provide suggestions for the particular context and complications: (e.g. needing to create a crawl space where none existed, 2. fear of the crawl space flooding, 3. timing challenges with other planned projects with deadlines). The team that did the abatement was quick, quiet, respectful, and thorough in their cleanup. The report came soon after. Amazing job from this group. I would engage them again and highly recommend them to anyone else in the area.
