I had a leak in my sunroom glass ceiling/roof. Tri-State came and completely fixed the problem. They provided a 3-year warranty, so they clearly stand behind their work. Tony always answered my calls promptly and was responsive. Mark went above and beyond, not only completing the work in one day, but thoroughly testing, inspecting and cleaning to make sure everything was 100% good. Mark was extremely courteous as well.

Tony and Frank were wonderful to work with. They were extremely professional and did an amazing job replacing the glass panels on my sunroom, fixing all the leaks, and dealing with the Whispering Woods HOA to get all the approvals needed. A+ highly recommend.

They did not fix the leaks on the greenhouse. Didn't check the weep holes for proper drainage. Didn't inspect the gutters for leaks. Left all the debris in gutter so they can't check for leaks. Said windows on door don't need weather stripping, even though the doors had it. Ask for a price on glass replacement. Fet an answer you'll have it 10 mins. Called several times. Its over a month and still no quote. They never cleaned like they said they would.

I had a very good experience with Tri-State Home Pros. They are quite friendly and professional. My conservatory sumroom had roof damage due to the storm. Tony from Tri-State Home Pros came over for the inspection and quote for the roof replacement. The price for the roof replacement is quite reasonable and the schedule is good. Mark from Tri-State Home Pros did very good jobs and showed his workmanship professionally. They finished the roof replacement, washed and cleaned the sunroof outside and inside, lubricate the window rack. The whole job from the quote to the completion took less than three weeks. I am very happy with their work.

Tri State Home Pros has been amazing to work with. We had a hard time finding a company to help resolve issues we were having with our glass conservatory (4 seasons sunroom). They fixed the issues and replaced the roof with a different material so the room stays cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. After years of looking and having different contractors not able to fix the issues we finally found an expert and someone who knew what they were doing with Tri State Home Pros. They are so easy to work with and are pros at what they do. We recently reached out to have some maintenance done and they immediately knew what to do and got it done quickly.
