Ken, Miguel, and another young person came out with a plan already in place. All of us have been very respectful and taken great precautions in order to avoid further damage. He was very polite, professional and a hard worker. He took pictures before and after the crawlspace, so that we could see exactly what was happening under our home. The price was reasonable. AGI was the company I heard about after hours and hours researching. Osmin was sent out to inspect the home and it was obvious that he was familiar with mold illnesses. This was the right company. I read about people cutting corners or trying to get cheaper bids, but if you're sick with mold you don't want to make any cuts. This company is the best at what they do. Jay Rollefstad, our project manager, was again top-notch with his knowledge of mold. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. The team that came out did the job in the time frame they promised. The team took pictures to show us what they found. The cost is high, but the sleepless nights wondering what's behind your walls are worth it. Next, we will have them deal with the upstairs.
