Damian was so helpful throughout our entire experience. We had bought our home in 2024 and had issues intermittently with the shower leaking. Once seeing water spots on the ceiling in the dining room we called Davis Plumbing and they found that our entire shower system was basically put in wrong. Nigel and Nazier were both amazing. They were both professional, yet extremely kind and kept me informed every step of the way. They went above and beyond in a challenging situation. They were here working outside for almost 12 hours in extremely cold weather, yet they still managed to keep a smile and a sense of humor every time we spoke. This was not only a big job, but it was also an expensive one, so I was pretty nervous about it. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars has nothing to do with them, but rather the scheduling. I was originally told by Ian, when he came to give me the estimate, that he would be out the following day to shut my water off and then return the following morning to do the job. No one ever showed up. I had to call to find out what happened. He finally came the next evening and then the job started the next morning. Had the job been done the day it was supposed to, it would’ve been in the 50’s instead of in the 20’s. As a result, there was no way for them to neatly finish the job and said they would send someone back once the ground wasn’t so frozen. I’m hoping this will be the case, but until then, I can only give 4 stars. I’ll be happy to update it once they return. Until then, I would just say that it would’ve been better if someone had just called or texted to let me know what was going on instead of letting me wait and having to call them myself to ask what happened.
