We recently had Eddie and his crew replace the flooring in our apartment after a flooding incident and they did a fantastic job! Eddie was friendly and responsive, and he worked with us to schedule and complete the work in a way that minimized disruption for our tenants. Then they did a great job with the floor itself and it only ended up taking one day instead of two! Our floors are not the most level and somehow they managed to do it without any spacing between the panels. We would definitely work with Eddie and his team again.

Mold developed in our basement and Johnny was assigned to be in charge of our case. Johnny answers his phone or a voicemail so quickly. So once we were in touch, it felt like he was available to us 25-7. And we did have various questions which he could always answer. Johnny was both caring and efficient. He sent a team out the day after he met with us. And he explained exactly what they would be doing in terms of mold detection and mitigation. Ramon headed up the mitigation team of at least 5 people who were suited up and who gradually went through our basement library, utility room, and garage. They found mold in particular books, in various damp spots in the garage, and even behind two walls where they made cuts to inspect. Ramon, like Johnny, carefully explained to my husband and me what they were doing, what they were finding, and how the mold was going to be mitigated. The team worked most of the day cleaning mold with vacuum-like machines and using an all-natural product to kill the mold. Johnny showed up to check on how things were going. When certain things like the wall-to-wall rug, or an exercise bike were cleaned, they covered them in plastic. Ramon took many pictures, often before and after to keep a clear record of what they'd found and what they had done. But that wasn't all. Ramon and his team left an elaborate set up that would keep working for close to a week, continually cleaning the air. Each of the rooms was separated by an air-tight thick pice of plastic with a plastic 'door' that zipped open. There were 3 air-cleaning machines that sucked air out into long, wide plastic pipe-like, long balloons. These balloons had a narrow slit that emitted the cleaned air into the next room where the process was repeated until, at the garage, the air was piped under the garage door to the outside by a narrow pipe. While the air smelled almost fine before the team left, it smelled cleaner every day. We used Paul Davis after we were flooded a few years ago due to Hurricane Ida. They were incredible then in their precision and care both with our house and with us, always explaining what they were doing and why. They were equally incredible dealing with our mold this month. I cannot recommend the company more highly. And I am so grateful to Johnny and Ramon for their professionalism, dedication to their work, attention to detail, and willingness to talk us through things every step of the way. While I'm sure that all Paul Davis people are great from both experiences we've had with them, I think you'll be exceptionally lucky if Johnny and Ramon are assigned to work with you.

Our condo was flooded from a broken pipe two floors above us and sustained damage to sheetrock and wood flooring. Our insurance company (Safeco–Liberty Mutual) recommended Paul Davis Restoration to rebuild our home. Jason Alves from Paul Davis managed the reconstruction and was a joy to work with. He was considerate, knowledgeable, and communicative. He had a good working relationship with our insurance adjustor and was able to talk to him about what had to be done so the condo was restored to its former glory.
