John Hawthorne from Octagon cleaning and restoration was amazing… I had a very large concern with mold in my insulation under the roof that had I just had reroofed the summer before. John said to me this is not mold it is dirt … which makes it look like mold if you don’t know any better.. he came the same day I called ( great. Service) and told me with professionalism and full reassurance that I did NOT have mold … it was dust/dirt in yellow Insulation that makes it appear to be mold ..also told me that my house was built strong and correctly… which makes me feel great… everyone should use octagon … they are the best!!! … Thanks John and Octagon !!!
