Their team was incredibly responsive from the start, arrived quickly, and took the time to clearly explain the entire remediation process so we knew exactly what to expect. Unfortunately, several lower areas of our home were flooded with sewage. Their crew handled the situation professionally and thoroughly — cutting out the damaged drywall, properly cleaning and sanitizing the affected areas, and ensuring everything was handled correctly. They were respectful of our home, communicated well throughout the project, and gave us confidence that the cleanup was done safely and correctly. Please exercise caution. It appears there was an intent to continue work on my home without first identifying the origin of the mold issue. I felt it was necessary to halt the project. I was unable to obtain an itemized invoice detailing the costs of the services rendered; instead, I received only a list of measurements and the areas they claimed to have "treated," despite the mold remaining visible and seemingly untreated. I regret that I cannot share my bill and photographs for the benefit of prospective clients. We have since resolved the problem independently, and it proved successful, but I strongly advise careful consideration before engaging their services.

My experience with Husker Demo started off great. They were at my house within a few hours and got right to work with their water mitigation. However, this remains the only positive thing I am able to report. As a customer, I was promised a smooth and easy process, however this was not the case. The process was painstaking beginning with Husker Demo being unwilling to directly send over photos and reports to our insurance company. When we were finally able to convince them that they needed to do it themselves, we were met with constant complaining about the process. My insurance company provided a detailed report to Husker Demo as to why specific items and tasks were not covered on 30 May. My insurance company is open and willing to discuss with Husker Demo and has tried to contact Bryson multiple times unsuccessfully. It is now 30 October and Husker Demo has never responded to further explain their position to my insurance company. This whole time I have asked for their response and I was guaranteed it would occur, but it has never happened. What is most concerning is that, despite these unresolved issues and the company’s failure to uphold their end of the process, I am now being sent to collections. It feels entirely unreasonable and unfair to pursue payment when the business itself has not communicated properly or worked with my insurance provider. I hope Husker Demo takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates how they handle communication, coordination with insurance companies, and customer service.

I called Husker Demo on a Saturday night when my life was literally falling apart… My washing machine flooded my entire main floor laundry room and there was water pouring to the basement directly below. Within one hour the crew promptly arrived and handled EVERYTHING from start to finish. I have also used Husker Demo to rip out a leaking shower, but this was my first emergency situation and I’m so thankful for the peace of mind that I’m not going to have a future mold problem because of their thorough work and comprehensive procedures.
