June 7th we had unfortunate event occur while we were out of town for a wedding and our basement flooded. A co-worker of mine had borrowed some banquet tables from us and just happened to bring them back and discovered the bad news. I’ve heard of people having water in their basement and they said that it was terrible and I will say they are correct. No doubt it was a mess. Paul Davis Restoration didn’t do the mitigation but as a referral from our insurance adjuster they did the restoration and in the end I know exactly why he referred them. Chad & Nick were the first 2 that we met and they were very professional and decisive about what needed to be done and the process. That process was then executed and everything was taken care of and the end result was absolutely amazing. We couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. One other integral piece that I want to mention is Trenton. I dealt with him one on one the most and every time I had a question he had an answer. Trenton was very knowledgeable and obviously his skill set can not be denied. Paul Davis took a bad life event for us and transformed it into a beautiful, functional living space.
