Eric was great to work with, even when I was 500 miles away! We were relocating from PA to NC and bought a home that had significant damage from rot (the room with no floor on their website) They got the job done before our move date and did an outstanding job. There are other, bigger companies that do the same type of work but charge corporate pricing; support a locally owned business that takes pride in what they do! In fact, I will be using them again in the next few months for some preventative maintenance before the rest of my floors fall in!

Eric removed a LOT of mold from our crawlspace 5 years ago, (2016). To this day, anyone who goes under the house, (plumber, pest control, etc), comments on how clean and dry it is. Eric's crew worked all day for 5 days, in 95° weather, wearing full hazmat suits and cleaned up every day before they left. We got 3 estimates; Eric's was definitely the most reasonable. And he followed up twice in the months after to make sure all was well. By far, the best home repair experience we've ever had in the 20 years we've owned the house.
