We have a house that was built in the 50s that was needing some basement work. I contacted Tarheel Basements systems Rob the estimator crawled under the house. Did a very thorough inspection. A total encapsulation was performed and a dehumidifier was installed by Tae, Edwin and James.  we are very happy with all the work performed and would highly recommend Tarheel Basements systems.

Hired Tar Heel to do a full crawlspace encapsulation. Justin, Demarte and Quentin did a fantastic job! The work was completed in one day, with a dehumidifier installation. Justin's communication was excellent along the way, keeping me updated on progress and showing photos of the work being completed. I would definitely recommend Tar Heel for their excellent work.

Let’s just say, my crawlspace was a disaster. I opted for a full encapsulation after I got the termite treatment. There was approx 4tons of junk that got pulled out before I could get my house treated for termites. Originally Tar Heels was supposed to clean out the crawlspace and encapsulate, but there was asbestos which Tar Heels doesn’t work with (had to hire another company to clean out before encapsulation) so that’s something to make sure you remove before having Tar Heels work. But they worked with me with scheduling to make sure I had my house treated for termites before encapsulation. As far as the actual crew that did the encapsulation, they were fabulous with communication and work ethic. Justin H, Nyjae, Demarte and Sterling were great guys! Jake the sales rep was also great with communication with scheduling and working with me to get everything lined up with all the problems I had with the crawlspace. I’m glad it’s all completed now and can finally relax!

We recently had our crawl space encapsulated by Tar Heel Basement Solutions. We’d previously used them to raise our driveway. The entire process was seamless from the first call to the final installation. We met with Brandon who reviewed the state of our crawl space, including pictures, and provided us with various options to remedy the issues. It was informational, without a hard sales pitch. Our installation team of Tae, Edwin and James, provided us with multiple updates during each day of the installation. Always asking whether we had any questions or concerns. They were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They made sure that everything was cleaned up daily during the three day installation. I would definitely recommend Tar Heel Basements, and Tae and his team.

From Brandon, the account manager/estimator to the crew on site (John, Edwin and Colin - I hope I got all their names correct). They were awesome. Brandon was very informative and explained everything thoroughly during the estimate, he communicated through out and even answered a couple phone calls and text messages while he was out of town. The crew - John was the foreman and was super helpful. Called/texted each morning before they showed up, was professional and upbeat. This is not an easy job and they all were very professional. Would happily pay them for any future properties I may have. Sure fire example of, you pay for what you get. Professional, courteous, upbeat and communication was perfect. Thanks guys!
