Great experience start to finish.very polite and knowledgeable staff when I called to get an estimate. I told her what we had and she gave me an estimated cost over the phone. Scheduled the appointment, received confirmation text, received another text with the name and photo of the technician letting me know that he was on the way. Josh answered all of our questions about the carpet cleaning as well as those about having a couple of area rugs cleaned. He went right to work and did a great job. The carpet looks great and the whole house smells fresh. Definitely recommend Williams Carpet Care!

I appreciate the service but unfortunately I was expecting my carpet to be cleaner than what I do with my own machine. As you can see from the pictures, the area where my rug laid is a big difference from the rest of the carpet. I was just hoping to have the carpet one color/clean again. Does it take several services to get your carpet to look new again?
