We bought a 1984 home and wanted to be positive that there was no asbestos before commencing renovations. After looking at different companies in the area - we settled on Remtech because Brian and his team were quick to respond and reasonably priced. Brian sent out a tech to our property within 24 hours - Noah was extremely professional, helpful, and tidy. They even cleaned up the mess from the samples. While the holidays delayed some of our testing (as expected) the turnaround for the sample testing was quick and fortunately negative! Every time I called Brian or Noah they were timely, kind, and informative. I was anxious for the results and they never made me feel like a burden. I am so thankful that I found this organization and will recommend them to everyone looking for this type of service.

If you are having popcorn ceiling removed, consult a drywall pro first. The ones we've talked to about repair say this could have been avoided. While I'm confident they did a thorough job, we now have thousands of dollars of ceiling to repair. Just make sure you know what you are getting into.

As a Realtor, I have known that Remtech was the company to go to for mold and asbestos because of their great reputation, but I personally never used their services until recently. They helped remove asbestos drywall and flooring for an old home we were renovating. Their customer service was excellent! From the front desk staff to the project manager to the removal team, I was extremely satisfied with the whole process. Their price was also very competitive. We bought a new to us 1964 home last December and to no surprise, we had asbestos popcorn ceilings. We decided to remove the ceilings altogether versus just scraping them. To complicate things even more, we had a plumbing leak in a room that had previously been encapsulated, so we had to deal with insurance to cover a portion of the asbestos removal. Rusty and the whole team at Remtech were such a help from the first moment we spoke! They were responsive, flexible, and knowledgeable. They helped us get insurance what they needed. They even worked with us to do the removal work while we had to be out of town. Asbestos removal and dealing with insurance, especially as we were brand new to the home, was incredibly stressful. Working with Remtech was the opposite – they were helpful and easy to work with that I barely had to think about the work being done. It was a nice break for my brain! They also did a great job. We came home to a CLEAN house with no ceilings! While I'm hoping we never have to go through such a big project again, I know we'd be able to handle it because we can rely on Remtech.
