Since the first call upon discovering a water leak and mold growth in our pantry, OCI have been a joy to work with in an event that otherwise is largely a headache. From the start, Dustin was thorough and patient with me as he explained the extent of the problem and what the likely solutions looked like going forward. In addition to a helpful staff, one of the reasons we chose OCI for this job was that the offer both mold remediation and reconstruction, something that many other companies didn’t offer. Although my project is still in remediation phase and not yet completed, the professionalism and personalities of OCI have been worthy of a great review. Thanks to Dustin, Adam, Juan, and Jordan for their efforts so far, and look forward to having a mold free home in the near future.

We called very late on Saturday night and Dustin brought a couple guys out Sunday morning (Mike and a second gentleman whose name I can't recall) to put tarp over the side of the house after a fire before the rain got bad. I called OCI restoration to have some work done. My water heated started leaking and caused mold to grow in my basement. I was given a thorough inspection and was told what had to be done. I had my water heater replaced and the mold removed. Everything that had been soaked with water was replaced and remodel. I was met by good construction workers who came on time and finished the project in an orderly time. Mr Lindamood the Project manager overseen the whole project and made sure all my needs were met. I was given a great price on the work and installation. I have recommened them to my neighbors, friends and family for future projects. Thankyou OCI again.
