He did an excellent job and took the time to walk the property with me beforehand to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted. After the work was completed, he walked the job again with me to ensure I was satisfied. Very professional, thorough, and courteous throughout the entire process. Great job.

We have used Top Quality Maintenance and Construction several times. Stephen and crew came out the day we called when we had a water line for refrigerator bust. He handled the job from new line to water damage and repaint. Stephen and crew removed our old tub and popcorn ceiling in the bathroom. They replaced tub with new shower and fixtures and painted ceiling. Wow, what a beautiful job. The crew were conscious of putting drop cloths down on stairs and then making sure they cleaned up leaving our house like they found it.
