This company ripped the interior of our home out after telling us they had approval from the insurance! Come to find out, they consider word of mouth approval concrete, even when they're told Satan is the one they're dealing with for insurance! Now, they are leaving us without a home and expect us to pay for the mistakes of their lack of ability to manage. My son signed documents under the impression Paul Davis had competent people working for them that followed a process that would guarantee when he was told in text messages, by phone, and in person more than once that the project is approved, that he could trust Paul Davis that the job was approved. Apparently you cannot trust this company when you're told important information. Be ware and don't end up like we have... homeless, and that's a true story that hasn't been exaggerated.
