Air Conditioning Ducts Cleaned is a service that removes dust, dirt, mold, and debris from inside your home's air ducts and vents, improving airflow and indoor air quality. It involves professional inspection, cleaning using specialized tools, and a final check.

Air Duct Cleaning is the process of cleaning the ducts and vents that carry air in your home or building, removing dust, debris, and buildup with specialized tools and a vacuum to improve airflow and indoor air quality.

*To deep clean air ducts located in the ceiling the price is $45 per duct. Minimum charges apply if only one duct is needing to be cleaned, although we recommend cleaning all the ducts and returns at one time. The price may increase if there is excessive debris such as; rodent nests, wasp nests, etc. in the duct. We use 2 different airduct cleaning methods. Caring For Your Rugs is a cleaning and maintenance service that removes dirt, stains, and odors from rugs, using gentle methods and sometimes protection treatments to keep fibers looking fresh and prolong their life, with tips for regular upkeep.

Carpet And Tile Cleaning is a service that cleans and refreshes carpets and tiled floors using specialized machines and cleaning solutions to remove dirt, stains, and germs, restoring appearance and freshness for homes or businesses.

Carpet And Upholstery Cleaning is a service that removes dirt, stains, and odors from carpets and furniture fabrics using specialized machines and cleaners, restoring appearance, freshness, and prolonging the life of the materials.

Floors & More is a home service that helps you choose, order, and install flooring—like wood, tile, or carpet—plus related finishing touches and maintenance, making rooms look better and easier to keep clean.

If mold is present in the ducts/returns we can fog the system with an antimicrobial cleaning agent for an additional $75. This service cannot be provided without duct cleaning. Furniture Cleaning is the service of freshening and renewing sofas, chairs, and other upholstered pieces by removing dirt, stains, and odors with gentle methods to restore fabric color and comfort.

General carpet cleaning is a service that cleans and refreshes carpets using vacuuming, stain removal, and deep cleaning methods to remove dirt, dust, and germs, keeping floors looking clean and smelling fresh.

*Price begins at $25 depending on size and accessibility. The price includes both the inside and outside of the glass door and a dusting of the screens (if applicable). There are additional costs for washing the screens and wiping out the door sills and or tracks of sliding doors. If paint, caulk, mold, etc., are present on the door/frame and removal is requested, the price will increase and a second trip may be required. Minimum charges apply and range from $150-$450 depending on distance. Info regarding hard water stains: We can treat them if they are Level 1 stains. Treatment is time consuming and will increase the price for the windows that have the stains. In rare cases, beyond level 1, the stain must be treated by a glass restoration specialist and involves buffing out the glass to restore the silica in the glass. Hvac System Cleaned is a service that inspects and cleans your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system, removing dust, mold, and debris from ducts, coils, and components to improve efficiency, air quality, and performance.

Interior & exterior window cleaning is the service of cleaning both the inside and outside of windows to remove dirt, smudges, and streaks, often including frames and sills, using brushes, cloths, and safe cleaning solutions for clear, gleaming panes.

Laminate flooring is a durable, affordable floor covering that looks like wood or stone. It snaps together over a foam underlayment, is easy to install, resists scratches, and mimics natural textures while keeping maintenance simple.

Laundry Room is a service that helps you clean and wash clothes. It involves washing, drying, folding, and sometimes ironing or sorting laundry, using machines or staff to handle your garments efficiently and return them ready to wear.

Low Moisture Cleaning is a rapid, water-sparing cleaning method that uses minimal moisture to remove dirt and germs from surfaces, often with specialized machines and cleaning agents, reducing dry time and limiting residue.

*This price includes a standard deep cleaning which removes deep down soil that cannot be removed with normal cleaning. Price may increase based on distance to travel. Price does not include furniture moving. We charge $20/room to move light pieces of furniture. We do not move heavy items or excessive pieces. Heavy Cleaning: If wax or product buildup is present on the floors extra charges will be applied depending on how heavy the buildup is, usually it is between $0.75-$1.00 per sq.ft. to remove.
