I had an excellent experience with Tarheel Basement Systems. They installed three permanent jacks to provide supplemental support, and the entire project was handled with care, professionalism, and clear communication. Nick Perfetti, the foreman, was outstanding from the very beginning. He took the time to thoroughly explain the scope of the project, what to expect during installation, and answered all of my questions before work began. After the job was completed, he walked me through the finished work in detail, ensuring everything was done correctly and that I was fully comfortable with the results. His knowledge and attention to detail truly stood out. Jordan Bumpers, the co-foreman, played a key role in keeping the project running smoothly. He was professional, organized, and clearly experienced, making sure the installation was done properly and efficiently. His leadership on-site was evident and contributed greatly to the quality of the work. Hunter Okonsky did an excellent job with the installation of the support system. He worked diligently, paid close attention to detail, and took pride in doing the job right. His professionalism and strong work ethic were very apparent throughout the process. Overall, the entire team was professional, respectful of my home, and committed to quality workmanship. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Tarheel Basement Systems to anyone needing foundation or structural support work.

James and his crew did an excellent job, and kept us up to date the whole time. They worked well together as well as with the other trades that were here. James answered all my questions and even gave me some insight on warranty and how to approach any unlikely issues that may come up. Jess W and Zack B are amazing!! Their professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic are superior. They leveled my garage floor, they leveled and filled in cracks in my driveway in what the national weather service listed as extreme heat! The quality and amount of work they did is astounding. Work was completed but had to have them come back out to seal a spot they missed. No big deal there. The issue is when they add a price in for a possible repair and let you know it will be refunded if they don’t perform it. Concrete removal and replacement t wasn’t performed because they were able to lift it, so I filled out the paperwork for a change order and refund. Almost a month later and still no refund. Quick to take your money ask for a good review but don’t follow through completely on their end. Why I waited to leave a review. Update: They finally came through and refunded my money.

Tarheel Basement Systems encapsulated my crawlspace last week. Evan B., Onyx G., and Derrick S. were the team that did the install. About 2000 sq ft all together with two sumps and an industrial dehumidifier. Out of all the companies we got quotes from, I thought that Tarheel gave me the most for my money and had the best materials. It took them four days to do the job and kept me informed and sent pictures each day of the progress. They cleaned up after themselves and gave me a full walkthrough when they were finished. Highly recommended for any basement or crawlspace work!!!

Mr Brandon Romero and his crew did an incredible job. They explained what to expect step by step, and possibilities of the adjustments. They ensured the cracks in the walls were closing and things were going fairly well. The price is a little higher than other surrounding companies, but nothing beats knowing that the work will get done right, and the first time. Their level of professionalism, especially while working on your home they are inquiring and receiving feedback from their engineers. You get what you pay for and I am highly satisfied! Thank you.

Absolutely not with the customer service of this companies employees. We moved into a new house this year and realized that the humidity was off so we were searching for a company to come check out the humidifier in the crawlspace. We scheduled a quote And they sent out Ramone. He had an attitude from the start because my husband was not home. He said we needed the decision maker to be here. I’m sorry, sir. You do not know the dynamics of our family. I proceeded to tell him that my husband was At work and was not going to take off to receive a quote and some information as I am more than competent . He then proceeded to say “if there’s a will there’s a way.” Excuse me 🤯Before he would even check under the house, he said we need to contact the company that did the work on our crawl space. Not really sure why they even scheduled this quote and wasted my time on this disrespectful employee, but I can assure you we won’t be recommending them.
