We used this company to store all of the items in our house while it was being renovated due to a water leak that caused mold. All of the people who came and picked up our things did a fine job. They loaded up everything that we owned and put it in their storage warehouse. Once it finally came time for our stuff to be returned (everything was to be put back where it was, everything was labeled) a group of people came that did not speak English, so we were unable to communicate with words. They wanted to know where everything went, even though it was their job and they were supposed to have had everything labeled and placed where it was. They brought our things in big black trash bags. There were hundreds trash bags. They put them all over the house and then just left. They were supposed to have the things that were cloth material cleaned, because of the mold, but everything came back dirtier than it was when it left. We had to sift through all of the bags, and they were not even placed in the correct rooms. We were just moving back home, and having to sift through trash bags to find our things. MANY things were missing. MANY things of value (sentimental including) were gone. We reached back out and they had no idea where anything was. They said they had brought us all of our things already. A former worker did everything she could to help us. She was the sweetest person ever, but she quit after what the company did to my family among other families. They went through our things and took what they wanted or things of value. They never billed us because they knew they did us wrong. Do NOT use this company if you want a trustworthy business, because this company is HORRIBLE.
