After a tree fell on our home in the midst of a rainstorm and punched holes in our roof it was a real mess. But Paul Davis Team to the rescue > In sync with overall coordination by Andrew Leahy, Tracy was fantastic assessing what personal possessions could and could not be saved, boxing up all that could be save and moving the boxes plus salvageable furniture. With all furniture out both Jahmad and Jeramy went to work mitigating all water and mold damage with fans, humidifiers and other powerful equipment to include taking out all damaged carpet. Thanks to Jahmad and Jeramy, we are now completely dry and ready for Andrew and his team to begin reroofing and other repairs. I had a leak in the bathroom on the second floor of my home. We filed and insurance claim on a Saturday morning and within 45 minutes, Jahmad reached out and told us he was on the way. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They were fast, efficient, and very thorough with the pictures. As a first time home owner and first time insurance claim filer, I had a ton of questions. Jahmad, Mike, and the rest of the team walked me through the process and submitted their pictures to our insurance company as well as spoke to the agents to make sure we were taken care of. They came in, setup all of the dehumidifiers and upon approval from my insurance company, they began the demo process. Simply put, they took care of everything and made the entire process a breeze for us and our insurance company.

Funny how a 1 star review from 2 weeks ago was magically changed and it’s 5 stars now. I wouldn’t wish working with Paul Davis on my worst nightmare. I’ve been in the real estate business for 10 years and if I treated my clients the way Scott Bailey treats his I would be out of business. They left us with concrete floors and demanded more money from our insurance for a rental property AFTER they had been paid. Also I’m sure Scott Bailey will have a response to this. Pay attention to how a business responds and if they double down instead of trying to work with the customer. Our insurance company has escalated this so hopefully no one will have to work with this franchise in Charlotte again. Pics attached are the first round of hardwood floors they installed back in December. We finally got them to reinstall and that’s when they left us with the concrete floors. If you want to partner with a business who allegedly doesn’t pay their vendors, if you want to depend on a business plentiful with excuses as to why they aren’t showing up or completing projects- Paul Davis Restoration is the company for you. UPDATE: Scott - It's unfortunate that you respond promptly to negative Google reviews, yet struggle to communicate with your clients or their insurance company during an active project. What's even more disappointing is that, in response to a deeply dissatisfied client's public review, you further aggravate the situation by suggesting they reach out to you directly. The irony is astounding—WE HAVE BEEN REACHING OUT TO YOU DIRECTLY, and you've consistently failed to address the issue or acknowledge our insurance company. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I hope our experience serves as a valuable learning opportunity for your team.
