We had a foundation problem and worked with Roger to come up with an acceptable solution. They installed a 4 inch I beam and some additional supports under another wall. They were able to respond quickly and got the job done efficiently and for a very reasonable price. I had obtained bids from 5 other companies. Not only was Carolina Foundation Solutions the easiest to work with, but they were also very reasonable for the amount of work that we had done. We were very pleased and would highly recommend working with them.

I recently hired Carolina Foundation Solutions to complete a full crawl space encapsulation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, every member of the team, including representative, installers, and customer service representative was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They clearly explained every step of the process, answered all my questions, and kept me informed along the way. The quality of their work is outstanding — my crawl space is now clean, dry, and well-sealed. The crew arrived on time, worked hard, and left everything spotless when they were done. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both excellent workmanship and top-notch customer service, but Carolina Foundation Solutions did exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for waterproofing or crawl space solutions

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough great things about Mason Robertson with Carolina Foundation Solutions. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, respectful, and thorough. I originally called because I noticed soft, spongy areas in my flooring, and I was afraid it might be a foundation issue. Mason took his time inspecting everything — he looked at the flooring, went under my home (I have a crawlspace), and checked the situation carefully. What stood out the most was this: he was honest from the beginning. After checking everything, Mason told me clearly that he could not help me because my problem wasn’t actually a foundation issue. He could have easily told me it was a foundation problem and charged me $10,000–$20,000 like I’ve been quoted before — but he didn’t. Instead, he told me the truth, explained what he believed the real issue was, pointed out a crack beneath one of the bedroom windows, and even told me who I should contact next. As a woman, I’ve learned the hard way that some people will take advantage and give outrageous estimates just because they think you won’t know the difference. Mason did the complete opposite. He was honest, upfront, and trustworthy, and I appreciate that more than I can put into words. If you’re looking for someone you can trust — someone who will tell you the truth even if it means they don’t get the job — I highly recommend Mason Robertson and Carolina Foundation Solutions. Integrity like that is rare. Julie Heck

Working with Carolina Foundation Solutions has been a great experience from start to finish. The entire team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and respect, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We had a sun pump added to our crawl space to help with some flooding issues. The team of men that came to our house were efficient, knoweldegable and very respectful of me and my home. They worked with me on timing and answered all of my questions. A special mention goes to Mason, our sales representative, who went above and beyond to ensure that every question was answered and every detail was handled with care. Mason’s product knowledge was impressive. Mason took the time to explain options clearly, offered thoughtful recommendations, and never pressured us into making a decision. His communication was prompt, courteous, and transparent throughout, which made working with him a pleasure. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise, integrity, and genuine customer care the way Carolina Foundation Solutions does. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team that values professionalism and truly puts their customers first.

I had an awesome experience with Carolina Foundation Solutions on all fronts. I had a poorly protected crawl space with a thin vapor barrier making my house feel humid all summer. It was great getting to work with Mason and Devin throughout the process. They took care of the crawl space by encapsulating and placing a dehumidifier. Will work with them in the future if needed!

Good points: Inspection- Guy was very kind and informative. I enjoyed that interaction and felt like he educated me to make a decision instead of trying to sell me stuff- loved that approach. Work crew (initial)- Really great. Lead guy Victor was tremendous, even called me a week after to check in and ensure I was happy with the work. Really enjoyed interacting with him. Meh points: Second crew- The fact they sent two separate crews out for a single project is disconcerting. I think continuity is important, and I had already established rapport with the first group. They were nice enough but felt more like they just wanted to get it done and get out of there than do a great job- so "meh" on that. Poor points: Office. She rescheduled me initially because she "forgot about Labor day". Then when the first crew left for the weekend I was told they would be back out Monday to finish. Monday came and went- no contact. I reached out on Tuesday to the guy who did the inspection to ask. He did not return my message but I did finally get a call from the office Wednesday. She was kind of rude when I asked why they didn't schedule everything up front and asked about no one coming Monday- "why would you expect that?" was her answer. Just unprofessional. Second crew didn't come into the house to inspect their work/impact of their work. He told me "I just cranked everything as high as it would go, call if it seems off in a few weeks". They also waited to tell me that I would need to pay an electrician to come out and install an outlet until after the job was done. How that isn't part of the quote and upfront information is just bad business in my book. Also- Credit card fees are significant. I think it was 350 total in fees just to pay the damn invoice. Summary: I think it is a bit of a roll of the dice with this company. Depends on the crew and apparently how well the office can read a business calendar. Don't expect good communication from office, but if you're lucky the crew can be excellent, as was my experience with the first one. No way to validate the level of their work as they did not walk through it with me at the end, so everyone please cross your fingers with me I didn't just sink 13K into a house I bought 2 months ago for nothing with this company. Score: Meh
