I view it as an honor to be able to write a positive review about a contractor which has done a great job for us. My wife and I cannot count the number of contractors we have used over the years. I can't think of a single contractor that provided a more positive and professional service than what we received from Crawl Space Brothers. Our first meeting with their team was with Jason Dimsdale. He explained the process, the pricing , the timing and answered any question we had. He set a date for the start of the process and, as opposed to too many contractors, that date was met. On a couple of occasions I found it necessary to contact the CSB office. Everyone I communicated with was friendly, professional, and helpful. On the day they said they would start the process, the team of Carson and Brendon showed up, explained what they would be doing, and immediately went to work. I do not recall ever meeting a more personable, informative, and, most importantly, professional team than these two young men. They were truly a pleasure to work with. I certainly cannot claim to be an expert in encapsulation; however, if the need ever arises for anything remotely related to the services provided by Crawl Space Brothers, they will be the first (and only) contractor I will contact.

My wife and I cannot say enough about the good service we received from Crawl Space Brothers. First, they are local to our area, one of the requirements we use in hiring contractors. From the start they were very communicative and Jason Dimsdale clearly laid out the process of our encapsulation process in the estimate. The work crew were excellent, very customer friendly and attentive, and basically a joy to work with. The quality of their work is superior. We had another contractor later for a different task who went into the crawl space and he came out and said "That's the best encapsulation work I've ever seen, and I've been under many houses." An electrical contractor said the same thing after working in the crawl space. Thank you, Jason and your team of Carson and Brendon for this great work!!

I got estimates from 4 crawlspace encapsulation companies and I chose Crawl Space Brothers because they listened to what I wanted, they inspected all areas in question, and suggested the best way to fix the problem. Jason was our first contact and he couldn’t have been more informative and cordial. Then we met Charles and his crew who were to do the work. They were professional, informative as to what to expect and extremely conscientious about cleaning up throughout the project. Crawl Space Brothers also lined up an electrician for the project and they too were great. They said that they weren’t finished until I was 100% satisfied and I am. Thank you to the entire Crawl Space Brothers group here in the Ashville area

The entire team did very well from start to finish on our project. We were under a tight timeline and Crawl Space Brothers was one of the last companies we called for estimates. Even though we engaged them later than some of the others, they were the only ones who committed to get our project done by the deadline. Communication was great throughout the project. Really top notch service!

They brought several issues to my attention that I was unaware of with a water pipe leaking and a floor truss that was damaged. They were very polite and diligent throughout the whole installation process. I would highly recommend!!

We were so impressed by the professionalism of every employee we encountered through the process of having our crawlspace encapsulated. Marcus was our initial contact and he explained thoroughly what the process would be along with photos and the price breakdown. Carson and Brendan were the technicians assigned to doing the actual encapsulation work and they did a phenomenal job! Thanks, Crawlspace Brothers!!
