Huge thanks to this team for helping me out during Winter Storm Fern. My tankless hot water heater burst and caused water damage at my home in Oxford, MS, and even with the icy roads, Danny Hill and his crew from the Starkville location still made it out with all the equipment I needed. Danny was awesome to work with — professional, clear, and easy to reach. He walked me through what needed to be done, explained the costs, and even told me what to coordinate with my contractor so things didn’t get worse. He stayed in touch all weekend and answered every question I had, which made a stressful situation a lot easier. Hopefully I never have to deal with something like this again, but if I do, this will be the first company I call. Big thanks to Danny and his team for going above and beyond.
