I understand delays, but it took over one month to get my rug. And I had to call a few times. I was patient with the delays, but when I opened the rug it has dark rough patches in several spots!! - I am upset! I contacted the company but it takes long to get anyone to call back!

I was referred and they are The best company EVER!! From the moment I called I felt care, courtesy, professionalism, and above and beyond service. I had an emergency that requires same day service. I called around 2pm and they were able to get me in with the MOST AMAZING tech, Devon. We recently moved into a new home and needed the ducts cleaned, but my cat decided to take a look first. She somehow got into the floor vent and landed in the ductwork. I was completely devastated because she is our beloved family pet, along with our dog. I was so frantic and called another company who said they wouldn’t help. Then, I spoke to a kind woman who helped schedule my appointment. Even the boss was on the cell phone with the tech to help him troubleshoot and problem solve- well into the job. This business is stellar!! Support them!! They are family owned and really care!! I needed my vents cleaned, and I just so happen to find them on Angi’s list. The initial customer service was great, and I was even able to secure a winter special they had going on. So I was able to get my vents and furnace cleaned at a very reasonable price. Dylan & Date (sorry I butchered your names) were very respectful, and they came and handled business in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend them again for future work.

We absolutely CANNOT say enough good things about Dylan and Dayton! We called this afternoon and they came today stayed and got all the carpets cleaned. They were so sweet told us everything we needed to know and asked us what our concerns were. The carpets smell fantastic and look amazing! Definitely recommend these boys! Super affordable too!

I would never refer this company ever. You clean around a loveseat and 2 chairs. And 2 bookcases. I would have called a company that Did a good job. Now I will have to call another company to get my living room carpet cleaned and pay someone else. You need to tell a customer that you won’t move anything. What a rip off company. They do not have any spot treatments. Unbelievable. The techs are rude you do not get a receipt for your money paid. I have never been so upset just trying to get what you paid for. Do not use this company if you are expecting a good job and nice employees.

Update: A manager called me and said they can have another technician come out to redo the service. I appreciate the call and I do trust the company does the right thing for the right reason. I had Logan originally do my estimate for my house. However, two kids (probably 19-20 yrs old) came to clean the air ducts. They seemed to be in a rush when in the past one of their technicians did my brother’s house was very thorough and did not rush. I remember since I watched how they did their job, same with these two kids. They did not have the shoe covers which I asked them to put on especially on my rugs since they were brand new. My family has a strong no shoe on rug policy. They couldn’t do two of my vents because of the arch of them which they did deduct off the estimate price. I mentioned to them I had an email that would reduce the cost and the furnace would be covered. I’m not sure what the guy said but I know Logan saw the email and mentioned he would reduced the price. That’s why I understand why the same technician should come out to the house if they wrote up the estimate. I wished the kids respected my house a little more by using the shoes covers and taking their time and not rushing. I don’t think they even did my mainlines properly but how would I know I’m not a technician. I had to rearrange my vent covers because some were upside down. I noticed in one room the paint was ripped off and the vent was upside down. I paid $430 for everything. They also forgot to turn our ac system back on so my family was hot for an hour before I realized it was still turned off. I also felt a little off with one of the kids asking how I will pay in the beginning but I understand it’s protocol. Usually the technicians does the job and then ask for how I will be paying them. Idk just little things. One of them seemed especially upset. Logan was originally supposed to clean the air ducts on the day he did the estimate but couldn’t because the machine in the van broke down. Overall it could have been better and more like how my brother’s house was done.

I truly hate leaving negative reviews, but I am totally disappointed with the cleaning services. They picked up 2 rugs on April 3rd and I didn't get one of my rugs back until May 12th. They showed up to my door with only 1 rug, and no explanation for where the other rug was. I continously had to call for updates, instead of them contacting me. Even after having my white rug for a month, it still came back partially dirty and it was wet. I spoke with management, they picked the rug back up, however they stated their main concern was the rug being wet, not that it still looked dirty. The manager stated they tried cleaning it, but the dirt wouldn't come out. They were able to get the brown water & oil stains out, but not the regular dirt spots. I paid full price for the edges of my rug to look the same as when they first picked it up. For what I paid, I wish I went with a different company. & No compensation was offered.

Russell was amazing! He’s a hard worker and was diligent and does his job to perfection. We are very pleased with his work in stretching our family room carpets! Logan came to help Russell because he broke a tool stretching our carpet and needed help. Logan also cleaned the carpet after and was quick and efficient, explaining how long the drying process takes. We are very pleased with his work. My only suggestion to the company would be to buy disposable shoe covers to wear so they don’t track the outside spring time debris into the house while cleaning. Just a thought!
