This company i would not recommend. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM TRICAT RESTORATION LLC, They have put two metal roofs on our house and both were so bad that we had to have someone n that trade unbiased come in and inspect. Because they continued to say it was correct. The Project Manager Aaron, said it was good, but there was not a cut in the metal to vent our furnace pipe, this could of been a deadly outcome. Of course they wanted money, but the roof was spray painted in spots, old metal from our roof was spray painted to try and match the new metal, every side of our house, right, left , front and back was cut short or too much overhang . 2nd roof, again Aaron project manager says its complete and good, we climbed on roof too of again find it was not close to being correct. Metal bent up, old metal used, didn't. Cover shingles, They ripped off our siding and the electrical box and left holes n our wood - but still want money They asked to he out of the contract because they couldn't find qualified workers, after still no roof, we agree, they should away from contracting tradesmen. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The communication is horrible, they have lied and are not qualified to hire tradesmen.

I cannot in good faith recommend this company. My insurance provider initially recommended them to me for repairs after water damage to my home. I researched Tri Cat and opted to not go with them after researching and reading reviews online. When my insurance provider recommended Tri Cat for the pack out of my furniture I elected to go with them because I was on a tight timeline and didn't have time to go back and forth with my insurance provider. Initially a Tri Cat rep contacted me via text and then by phone indicating that they could start work on the 30th but would come earlier if possible. They called me on the morning of the 28th at 08:30 to inform me that they were 30 minutes out. Because of the short notice I hadn't fully disassembled the bed frame or drafting table but the workers gave me assurances that they had the tools and the knowledge to disassemble the items for loading and transport. Less than ten minutes later I heard and loud crash and went downstairs to discover that the workers had dropped and destroyed the antique drafting table. The worker was apologetic and I'm not inclined to attack someone for a mistake but the worker had dismissed my offer to help and given clear assurance that he knew what he was doing. They completed the rest of the pack out without incident, other than asking for assistance with a heavier chair which I did not mind. What bothered me the most, aside from the loss of an irreplaceable antique, was that they asked me to sign customer satisfaction forms for their company and my insurer with no fields for reporting the damage. Cannot in good faith recommend.

I had a pipe burst in my home that let out a rush of water and flooded almost my entire bottom floor. Tri Cat was at my house within 30 minutes extracting visible water and removing the affected building materials (drywall, carpet, cabinets, etc) then set their drying equipment that dried the property out within 4 days. They also professionally packed and stored all of my furniture at their storage facility and cleaned/dried the items that could be saved. They also helped me file a claim with insurance and managed the entire insurance process. Their estimator was able to get his estimates approved quickly that allowed the reconstruction to be finished quickly after the dryout. Overall, I am extremely happy with the entire process and with the communication from all parties involved. Everyone was courteous and professional. I will definitely be calling Tri Cat again if I ever have to go through this in the future. Highly recommended for anyone needing restoration services.

TriCat did a great job of getting here right away to dry up any remaining water in our basement, but after that it took forever to get the job finished. When they were finally ready to install the flooring, there had been a warehouse mix-up and they didn't have it anymore (but were able to find it soon). After all of the flooring was installed, I noticed that several sections of the dry wall were damaged and needed to be repaired and painted, which ended up taking more than month due to a comedy of errors. The previous contractor who had painted didn't leave any extra paint and somehow didn't know which paint he used, leaving the guy who did the flooring to try his best to match. When this didn't work after three attempts, he ended up having to repaint the whole basement! I'm happy that he made sure to make it right, but the whole process took forever.

This has to be one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with, and I genuinely don’t understand how they’re still operating. They are constantly hiring, which tells you everything you need to know about their astronomical turnover. I know this because I’ve been waiting nearly a year for repairs on my home, with virtually nothing to show for it. Communication is non-existent. Calls go unanswered, follow-ups never happen, and no one seems to read the notes left by previous employees or contractors. You’re shuffled from one new person to another every time, forced to re-explain the same situation over and over again. Chris, in particular, was a complete waste of time. He repeatedly failed to do what he said he would do and rarely showed up when promised. After months of frustration, we finally cancelled and will now have to figure out an alternative ourselves. Unfortunately, this appears to be one of the only companies that works with USAA, which leaves customers stuck with them. If you’re forced into using this company, you have my sincerest sympathies. No one deserves this level of incompetence.

Tri Cat Restorations exceeded all expectations! When a burst pipe from the latest freeze wrecked our Springfield, Missouri home with water damage, Jeff and the crew handled it like pros. Their communication was spot-on from the first estimate, through insurance hassles, right up to the flawless restoration. Top-notch service—highly recommend them to anyone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The folks at Tri-Cat were all friendly and helpful. They kept us informed on their progress, and did good work. We had a lot of interior damage from a leak caused by the March 2025 tornado, and the damaged room looks better now than before the damage. We are very happy and would call them again if needed.

The folks at Tri-Cat are amazing! We had a less than 4 year old water heater fail back in Sept and our Plumber highly recommend we call Jose at Tri-Cat to come out and evaluate the damage. Jose was at our home in less than 2 hours and not only survived the damage but he helped us file the claim with our Home Owners Policy (USAA). The next morning Harlow and William were at my home tearing out, and cleaning up and set up the dryers and humidifiers. For the next 8 days I had the pleasure of Mikey coming to check on the drying progress and moving things around. After everything was clean up, I was able to work with Sean on picking out new flooring and than Dorian Gray was assigned as my project manager and made sure that the subcontractors (Mr. Billy, Mr. Will and Mr. Robert) came out to put everything back together. Not only did they put it all back together but they did it correctly unlike, the people who initial put our flooring in when we bought the home. I hate that we have had to go through this but feel so blessed that the good folks at tri-cat was there to make a bad situation better AND they always came with a smile on their faces, which really does help. I would and have recommend them to my friends and family

Phenomenal, timely company. They were at our home when they said they would be here. They were pleasant to work with. They were accommodating to our schedule. And they were very knowledgeable. We felt very taken care of and assured that mold as a result of a flood, was eradicated. I would highly recommend this team. The last technician that came, was Nathan. He came to collect all the equipment that was left behind. We had 10 pieces of equipment running for five days. And the two guys who initially came to tear out all the damaged items were phenomenal also. Very hard workers, but I forgot to get their name. They deserve kudos as well. I would not hesitate to use this company again. They made it very simple for filing an insurance claim and doing all the steps needed to be done to communicate between them the homeowner and the construction team.

Our insurance company referred us to them and we should not have used them. The work got done but unfortunately for us they were way overpriced, had so many communication issues because instead of being at all concerned about the customer or even scheduling the job itself it seemed like all the company cared about was money. Overall it was extremely stressful. I do not recommend them.
